Emily Waytoti
Founder & Principal, Build & Blossom Consulting
With over 25 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives across Latin America, Asia, and the U.S., I specialize in designing and delivering results-driven programs at the intersection of climate, equity, and development. From boardrooms to field sites, I bridge strategy and execution—bringing the diplomacy, systems thinking, and real-world rigor needed to drive change in complex environments.
As a former USAID Foreign Service Officer and Diplomat, I’ve led multi-million-dollar programs in health, agriculture, education, and climate resilience, managed $100M+ portfolios, and delivered measurable outcomes—from maternal survival and food security to renewable energy access and democratic institution-building.
I’ve negotiated cross-sector partnerships with ministries and multilateral banks, advised global corporations on ESG and responsible supply chains, and built multicultural teams to operate in fragile and fast-changing contexts. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, I bring a rare blend of technical expertise, cultural fluency, and values-based leadership to every engagement.
