About Me
I’m a creator, innovator, and problem-solver at heart. For over 25 years, I worked across the globe in international development—designing programs, building partnerships, and leading high-stakes initiatives in sustainability, governance, energy, and natural resource management.
But underneath the titles and technical work, my true gift has always been this: I see what isn’t working and imagine something better. Then I bring it to life.
Whether it’s redesigning a dysfunctional program, transforming a neglected space into a sanctuary, or rethinking the way we measure success—I’m most alive when I’m inventing. I don’t just offer strategy. I offer possibility.
Today, through Build & Blossom Consulting, I help organizations, businesses, and individuals create elegant, high-impact solutions to complex challenges. My approach is creative but grounded, visionary but deeply practical. I love working with clients who are ready to challenge the status quo, unlock new energy, and build something that works—beautifully.
I bring the same mindset to my work in real estate, home improvement, remodeling, and landscape design: finding the soul of a space, solving the right problems, and turning potential into pride.
