Summary:
As a senior leader in Mattel’s Global Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility team, I developed foundational systems to track and enhance environmental and labor compliance across a vast international supply chain. I spearheaded a capacity-building initiative for small and medium-sized suppliers across Latin America, strengthening their ability to meet rigorous environmental and social standards. This program expanded to 11 countries and was instrumental in improving transparency, reducing audit risk, and aligning operations with emerging ESG frameworks.
