We have a strong track record of building trust and alignment across diverse institutions to advance shared goals. In Colombia, we led donor coordination efforts focused on responsible mining, aligning U.S. agencies, multilateral banks, and local government to support environmental safeguards, formalization of artisanal miners, and community development in post-conflict regions. In the private sector, we facilitated collaboration between global brands—including Disney and Walmart—to improve code of conduct compliance and elevate labor and environmental standards across international supply chains. Whether convening donors, ministries, corporations, or civil society, we help forge partnerships rooted in accountability, transparency, and mutual benefit.
